As for those injuries you fellows have....OUCH!! :-S
As far as pain from injuries...damn...now you guys got me thinking what was the worse?? Does burst tubal pregnancies count? If so that was the WORSE pain I ever endured in my life. Of course I almost died from it so that might have something to do with it. Took me about a year to recover.
Kidney stones rank high up there the little sons of bitches!! A blocked intestine wasn't fun either. Chipping & breaking my elbow right off; burning my eye with the curling iron; scraping my eye open with a piece of metal; having an ex-bf drop a refrigerator on my hands as I was moving it up stairs and skinning the skin off my fingers (still got the scars for that one!); 2nd degree burns; cracking my tailbone from landing wrong on the trampoline; getting hit by a car (hurt later though not at the time); catching a staph infection from the hospital after surgery; being whipped and beat and burned and raped and... etc...etc...
Surprisingly, having a baby was not that bad. They gave me Demerol to take the edge off but that wore off by the time it was "time". I think it was more painful for Wendell to watch it all and wonder why I wasn't screaming and yelling. 🙂
