So:

  • Wahoo (Spanish Mackerel I think) chunks, boiled. Lovely light, white, soft taste.
  • Chicken stock cubes.
  • Green Thai curry paste, mild.
  • Can of black eyed peas, can of corn kernels, can of carrot/peas, can of coconut milk.

No salt. Had some chopped chili in my share. Finest tablecloth. Possibly perfection.

That's got to be legal keeping size anywhere in the world.?ÿ Caught one small one once, had to throw it back. That things a monster, excellent catch. ??§?ÿ

Sadly, for many reasons, that's not me with the fish, or the the fish itself - I just put in a photo off the www to show what the fish looked like - I caught mine at the supermarket as lumps they cut straight across the fish (it was probably the same size or bigger than the one in photo), and my avatar is very close to my actual physical appearance, the main difference is I've got far less hair (on top).

No Wahoo is a species of fish. Not another name of Spanish Mackerel.
