You are already finding out that Grandpa is much easier and much more fun that Daddy.
Just one piece of advice. As much as possible, don't say "You need to do it this way", unless asked.
They will figure it out just like you had to do.
Oldest one of mine is 20, the youngest is 2 years 8 months and the next two are due in December and May. December is Great-Grand Baby #1.
It is definitely an interesting experience.
