What's the problem half of my certificates look like these. I have V zones with a average ground elev of 5' and a BFE of 18'. Many do elevate trailers of course they are camps.

That's funny!! SCOTS is from my region and I've seen them a few times. I have lots of friends that are BIG fans! They are even playing here locally in a few weeks at First Fridays - Roanoke. I'll take some pics for you! 😉
