Another surveyor here in the office took his grandkids to the Museum down on campus yesterday. He said they blew the alarms and cleared the building. Announced everyone should migrate to the far end of the parking lot. He took the boys and split for a burger-joint.
Nobody knew what was going on until the six o'clock news came on. Someone reported a 'suspicious' backpack.
Here's the kicker; it's spring break. The museum was full of kids with backpacks! A little bit of over-reacting imho. A lot of time and money spent to clear the building because of a pair of gym shorts and a sippy-box of fruit juice.:pinch:
