My first impression was January, then someone suggested June, but the Notary dates are April, so it's a mystery where they got Juneau from, the property is in Ketchikan, and all of the involved parties resided in Ketchikan. Ketchikan and Juneau are in different recording districts.
This was our Right-of-Way chiefs response:
"Back in the 1920s they had that extra summer month between June and July. But it was lost.?ÿ Thats why everything is in such a rush now."
Just one of those weird things that can't be explained I guess.
