Someone trained a Coyote to guard their property corner!
We frequently find them sitting atop large round hay bales. Hawks like the view from there as well.
Mockingbirds like to use my base station as a bug lookout perch. My OPUS solutions are a bit fuzzy during bird occupation times!
The last subdivision I worked in had pit bulldogs tied to a stake very near two of the lot corners. Another corner had a huge German Shepard within chain length. The Schonstedt squeal drives them nuts, and the ankle biters / yappers go crazy.
I am getting to where I do not like urban surveying.
Never did. Too many old coots hanging around telling you how to "suhvay" because they ran a "stick" for a contractor one week in the summer of '52.
