I know of a survey firm that was both named after the two principals (Kent's preference) and has a survey related term name (Kent's bane). The two owners last names were Best and Angle. ?ÿ

I believe Hugh G. Rexion Construction Surveying is still available.

Hurt and Proffitt Engineering and Surveying is a successful firm out of Virginia I believe.

Crack a Noon Surveying is pretty appropo for most of these firms.
