I guess it depends on what part of Colorado you're in, but a Texas Surveyor may have already surveyed it.

If a texas surveyor had already surveyed it, it would be about 4 times as large as the deed says it is. They just "think" three inches is a foot. 😉

Yep....it's that texas vara that messes them all up....That's the one that makes them think Texas takes up half the united states.:-S
