Where I went to school, the top three should sum to 100% or less. Am I missing something? Was just looking through the latest POB digital and this jumped out at me for some reason.

Could be that it's growing so fast that the total can't keep up with the sum of the parts.
We know that it must be growing super fast because one can hardly find a feature story in at least 2 of the 3 major survey mags that isn't about or doesn't involve scanning.

I would presume an overlap of topographic into the other two.

I believe they are referring the amount of increase in each area in the last 12 months, and the percentages just happen to equal approximately 100.
