Something seems to happen during SXSW and this year it was suspicious package bombings. Now there has been an explosion inside a FedEx Ground facility in Schertz, Texas. Please, everyone out there, be careful and aware of your surroundings.

A few years back the University of Utah Security (or the Salt Lake Police) blew up a backpack with wires coming out of it up at the U of U.
Turned out to be a static GPS setup!
