Yeah, sometimes it is tough living in SE Louisiana, all the terrible food and the boring festivals.
sounding good!

Those kids really march a long way.
The New Orlans parades routes extend for many miles. Our lil homey parade here is a few miles. We might go to see Bacchus with Will Ferrel as the king this year.
as for things to do s Dan mentioned, this year is a big.
Mardi Gras now and then the Men's NCAA Final 4 in the Superdome.
Then more of April with the French Quarter Fest followed by the N.O Jazz Fest that has an extra packed line up this year. I an anxiously waiting my free back stage passes from Acura. Plus Festival Acadiana in Lafayette poses a conflict.
Then at the end of May, our soccer club is hosting a regional tournament for a national competition.
Then the summer comes and it is mostly time to chill and travel. We haven't decide which way to point the wheels yet. We had an offer to use a house in Wstern Eng. but with the Olympics happening, I think we will pass to the following summer. Work work work
Soccer starts again in Aug. and then it is time local stuff to happen and maybe an impromptu trip if a hurricane arises in the Gulf. We haven't done that for a few years.
Then before you know it it is Thanksgiving and Christmas and then it is Superbowl in New Orleans.
