There's a variety of sporting events that S.I. chose from to make the top 52.
My personal favorite is the #1 choice. 😉
Some of the facial expressions on the boxing pics...Wow!! Poor fellows!! :-S
Anyhow, just wanted to share that link with our sports fanatics here. Enjoy!
Drew Brees breaks a 27 year passing record, set by Dan Marino, and it does not make the list? Forget you, SI.
Only 3 hockey events!
I would comment more, but this might end up in P&R as hockey is effectively a religion. And rightfully so!

I think the article came out before that happened?? They should have added a bonus event for this, though, IMHO. 🙂
Farsites...
Love your new avatar!! He's cute!!

:good: Don't worry, us hockey geeks won't go Tebow over it...we just believe it
Plus, nothing about the infamous S.I. Swimsuit edition (that's a sport isn't it). Not to mention that the Detroit Tigers won their division for the first time in about 30 yrs (and then handily beat the Spankees), or their MVP & Cy Young pitcher Verlander. But they show that other Tiger pretending to look for his lost golf ball, but was really just peeing behind a tree
All that sillyness aside, that's got to be a tough list to assemble. Sports buffs get pretty anal about some of that. At least I found out who won a couple soccer games I didn't know got played (is that a sport in USA), so I learned something.

Actually that is a she, and recognizing that means I may have been up north here too long.

The Tigers played the Cardinals in the World Series in 2006...They won the AL Championship Series to get there.... 🙂
