Come on over a little east

to the Talladega Super Speedway. I've got some ribs I'm going to cook Friday night.

DREAMLAND

None of them are as good as the original in Tuscaloosa (or so I've heard). But they are really, really good!!

Dreamland is #1

Ribs, sauce, white bread, sweet tea - enough said!

I hope I am not too late with this post. I haven't had much time to check this board lately.
If you haven't been here yet, ther are many excellent choices for BBQ in Birmingham. They include:

Dreamland 15th Street South
Full Moon BBQ multiple locations
Jim 'N Nicks ditto
Golden Rule BBQ many locations but the one in Irondale is across the highway from the original location which was demolishwed for an off ramp.
Bob Sykes BBQ in Bessemer
Johnny Ray's on Valley Avenue near Homwewood
