About 10 years ago I did an ALTA on an apartment complex in a down-at-the-heels part of a nearby city. One day as I was setting up the instrument I saw a maintenance guy start up the stairs to the second-floor apartments carrying a toilet plunger. I nodded and said "How're you doin'?" He gave a little shake of his head and a slight smile and said, "Livin' the dream."
