As I mentioned in a previous post I am a techie ignoramus and until it was mentioned here I did not even know about a Google Phone. And my gripe is the bloat ware and multiple applications that do the same thing and I cannot get rid of it. I am quite put off that I cannot remove things like Facebook. Now I know nothing about the Google phone but will definitely look into it.?ÿ

Samsung has duplicated most everything that is commonly used and a part of me I kinda understands that they want their slice of the pie but there is a Samsung Browser, PDF document handler, cloud service, Samsung Galaxy Apps, Templates, Samsung Music, and the list goes on and on.?ÿ

Can go into App Manager and close, turnoff or Force Close any app you do not want.

There are over a dozen Samsung, Google & Verizon apps that are and others that I never update.

How do you know which ones you can do that to without goobering something else up?

So yeah, I have tried that on a few apps a while back but the app stays there and I cannot delete it.

Pixel devices come with pure Android (zero bloatware) and get updates right away.?ÿ I'm a big fan.?ÿ You can buy them directly from the Google Play store.

Apple.?ÿ Just got the Xs. Love it. Works great with my series 3 watch and airpods. Wouldn't switch to any other.

I only wish PCSurvey made their software for the apple. I'd get an apple laptop in a heartbeat.
