Dogs......good ones and not so good ones
I had a little yap dog yapping at me today for what seemed like three hours.
Grrrrrrrrrrrr....I wished thar I had my wrist rocket, but he was an inside dog out for a romp. I was much fun to yap at.
A little neighborhood puppy was dragging my field controller case off when I caught him. He liked having his ears scratched and I needed a break. The big black Lab gave my face a bath whe I was tying flagging around a steel pin that I found while his partner washed my truck's tires for me.
Oh, well.some like me, some don't. :snarky:
I have a daisy redryder on a gun rack at the back door just like this one.

All I have to do is rattle the BB's and my dogs quit whatever they are doing and duck under a vehicle. It has been several years since I actually had to hit one with it. I was always real careful to not aim at the head. I only have one dog that is old enough to remember being hit. The other three have learned from him that when the BB gun comes out, it's time to hide. They have no idea why.
I prefer to use a paintball gun if you are actually trying to hit them. You can get solid rubber balls for the paintball gun that will really sting.
I also keep a .357 stainless steel lever action hanging with the BB gun just in case I have a critter that needs to be dead, including the 2 legged kind.
