One of the county Tax assesssors has placed this fake text in the newer scans.
The box shows up but there no text.
I use acrobat pro 11 to redmark (freehand with my mouse) them for my field crew
I don't want to select these empty text boxes so I was looking for a way to turn this off.
my work around is too have to zoom way in to avoid the text - it slows things down a lot
I believe the folks who created the pdfs have an incorrect setting when they publish.
The files 'properties' states the file was created with autodesk autocad map 17
anyone ?
