What is Idaho law regarding recording phone conversations?

IANAL (I am not a lawyer). The Digital Media Law Project website says that Idaho is a "one-party" state. That is, one party to a telephone call can give consent and it can be recorded. The person giving consent must be one of the participants. However, Montana is a "two-party" state. All parties involved in a telephone call must give consent to being recorded.
