I get the same answer as Dave.
The hypotenuse of the triangle in the NE quadrant is 26
Extending the "10" line will intersect the end of the radius line making the triangles both similar and isosceles and the circle will be circumscribed.
Solving the hypotenuse √"2R"= 36²+24²: R=21.6333

Yes (other than mistyping 26 as 16) that's the procedure.
