I was watching an Australian cooking show the other day and the audience clapped when the chef made a meringue.
?ÿ
I found this interesting because Australians usually boo meringue.
I found this interesting because Australians usually boo meringue.
I think you meant to say "... Australians usually bbq meringue".
Lost and found.....
Love the one about the dog that tasted like chicken.?ÿ I have wondered how one would taste.?ÿ Insatiable level of curiosity, you see.?ÿ Have already learned that cats taste like taco meat at a nearby restaurant.
Years ago I worked in a country (wont say where) and we were billeted at the office manager's house. One evening I arrive there after work and the manager's lady-friend and another woman are sitting on the lounge floor, tucking into a meal. Lady-friend says hello, then says: "this is Dob".
I think "that's a strange name for a woman" but anyway I say "Hello Dob, nice to meet you". Lady-friend laughs and holds up a chunk of the food and says "No, this is dog".
I should be given a virtual slap for missing that one!
