I know there are some out there who are old enough to remember the comic strip "Pogo".?ÿ I used to sit in my grandfather's lap while he read the comics to me and Pogo was one of my favorites.?ÿ After hearing this I'll never hear the Christmas Carol the same again.

Here's something I bet you did not know about Walt Kelly.?ÿ Despite being an artist, he had a hardcore technical side, as well.?ÿ He was interested in the design of mechanized machinery for harvesting fruit.?ÿ He was a longtime associate member of the organization now known as The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers. (ASABE)
