Low $3.30's for Regular here, $3.89 is the lowest I can find diesel locally.

Not sure where the correlation is. That article has nothing to do with fuel economy, but rather diesel vs. gasoline(E85)on a downsized engine.

I don't own any gas powered vehicles, BUT diesel is down to $3.99 locally.
I live in an area where fuel is always high, I suspect gas must be around $3.50'ish.

😉 Nothing Better than pulling into the gas station in the pouring rain, cracking the window, sliding out the card and saying, "fill it with reg" then roll up the window and wait.;-)
By, the By, our gas is cheaper hear than both our northern and southern state neighbors where you can have the great honor of pumping your own gas.;-)
