We are working in SW CT. We are proposing 3 buildings, not much over 6,000 Sq. Ft. total on a 4 acre site. We are proposing parking, septic, some grading...basically your typical improvements for a site...nothing to outlandish.

There are no wetlands on site (as per the soil scientist), yet the town requires a $16,000 application fee to the Wetlands department anyway....to process the application. Its in their regulations. I wish I had 'regulations' like that.
