Lawyer's love 'em...especially when it involves access to 3 commercial properties worth..about $10M...and the grantee/grantor of the easement don't like each other...and one party puts up mafia blocks to deny access to another...

Well not exactly...picture a 7x4x3 concrete block...like what you'd put a body in...hence the term mafia block..
