This reminds me of the old Peanuts cartoon where Lucy signs a contract saying she won't pull the football away. So Charlie Brown runs to kick the football and of course she pulls the football away. He pulls out the contract and she grabs it and says, "funny thing about this contract, it isn't notarized!"
