Superior customer service

I put in an order at our local survey supply house that happens also to be the home of the Mag Nail and Pipe Mic, a bunch of super folks that deliver every Friday in this area.?ÿ I ordered a bipod leg clip for a rod and they happened to not have one on the shelves at the moment.?ÿ Bringing forth the most incredible customer service I have ever seen, the gentleman on the phone said, "I may be able to make one for you on the 3D printer and include it with your order".?ÿ We talked about exactly what I needed and my last text was that it was being built and would be done in four hours.?ÿ To go to that much trouble for such a little part absolutely floors me.?ÿ I have used them for years, having other choices but I am absolutely locked in now.?ÿ I can't sing their praises loud enough.?ÿ The company is Chrisnik, but everyboy around here calls it Zaenkert because most of the surveyors know Bob Zaenkert personally.?ÿ I was on a job near their shop which is on a large operating family farm in Ohio, and stopped in and they took me and the guy I was with to lunch.?ÿ Just nice family folks.?ÿ?ÿ
