Poll - What's the most important regarding your business?

Creating a strong Balance Sheet and having diversified experience.

It all boils down to "Knowledge, Expertise and Relationships".
In my opinion there is a direct relationship between the professional's competence and his/hers relationship with their clients. Which all ties into profitability.
I've only been in Business for 2 years and these are my conclusions.
