This seems to be a very interesting case and was wondering how it would affect surveying rules and regulations.?ÿ?ÿ

Right, wrong, or indifferent, I predict the Supremes will cook up some reasoning to preserve the status quo.

or Congress will have to act and good luck with that.

Presumably, no matter where the event happened or the ancestry of the accused or of the victim would matter in any way to alter or change the outcome of the original ruling.
