That's as close as I will tread to that line. The bill's sponsor did reply to an email I sent him on the subject that "the bill isn't ready for prime time, yet". His reasoning is because one of his constituents got his hand slapped by BPELS for advertising about finding property corners (without a license). Hopefully if he brings it back, he will seek the input of those of us in the profession.
