@holy-cow that's my point. It starts with something else and it is allowed to fester into situations like this. People get into arguments over stupid stuff instead of admitting any wrong or *gasp* listening to each other for goodness' sake. It may have been remedied with a "hey neighbor, I see you're spreading woodchips by the wall here. Is there anything I can do to help?" Of course, this takes being reasonable so that's probably not an option for some.
There's always a "reason" someone does a galactically stupid thing, it may not excuse it though. I like how the guys' wife declined to comment... this is probably one in a long list of stupid things he's done because he can't get past his ego.

I don't blame the guy, honestly.?ÿ You just really need to look at what's transpired.?ÿ One owner wants to reclaim his rightful property without any of the bs.
He can't do it because it's harmful, and beyond the pale, so to speak.
The neighbor just named half of the State of Maine in a civil suit, enjoining them in lengthy and expensive litigation that could cause great financial harm. ... but that's alright ??

@ekillo I got rid of Edge yesterday. One of the GIS sites I use several times a day requires Internet Explorer, but Edge intercepted that and wouldn't let me proceed. Life is much easier without Edge.
Here's what it shows with Lot 041-035A having roughly 100' frontage adjacent to a 16'?ñ access to 041-036. I'm wondering if that 16' access was a factor in that "floating" p/l.
