I like the house and location, it's sitting right on the ocean and has a pool. Maybe I shouldn't say anything and pay the taxes, I'll have to look up AP for the location.

If you keep getting these for enough years, you would have a shot at getting it at a tax sale with the sheriff as auctioneer.
It is the responsibility of the property owner to pay their taxes on time.?ÿ It is not the responsibility of the county to be certain that the property owner is, in fact, receiving the tax notices, only to send them out in good faith.
