I thot it was going to be about a fence across an easement, which, when you crossed it, the wire broke, and you tore up your nice new LL bean pants, and now, it was becoming serious...
I love LL Bean. It is just about all I wear. Today it is corduroys and long sleeve henley.
About the only thing I've seen that beats LL Bean is Patagonia Capilene 1 long underwear.
Interesting how much of the follow-up commentary sees the court's decision as a reprimand to the plaintiff for his looks, or to L.L.Bean for its business practices.
