Important information for the participants of the State of Colorado DORA oversight process:

?ÿ

The Colorado Office of Policy, Research and Regulatory Reform is currently conducting a sunset review of the Architects, Engineers, and Surveyors Program. Analysis is performed to determine if the program is necessary and should be continued, modified, or repealed. To provide input on this review, please visit COPRRR's website.?ÿ

The PLSC is participating as a stakeholder in this process. Any comments or concerns may be sent to me as Co-chair of the Legislative Committee, or any other officer of the PLSC, for consideration or discussion. You are also free to submit your own comments of course. In theory, the weight of the organization and the assistance of it's paid lobbyists may prove more effective.

We are very interested in representing our members as well as all Professional Land Surveyors in Colorado.

@kscott

thanks for the update and heads up.

I'm still waiting for the board to answer my email questions and left a voicemail, for things that fall under their jurisdiction or oversight regarding the application process.

Hopefully they return the call or email.
