If I'm reading their website right it looks like they can turn around a survey in 3-5 days in your neck of the woods for a whopping $100.

If history tells us anything, it's that significantly underpricing the competition with an inferior product is always a winning solution

Quick check of firm license on the http://www.peps.ohio.gov/LicenseLookup.aspx&apos ;">Ohio BOR License website does not show "Trueline Technologies, LLC." as a licensed firm. Also Exacta Surveyors is shown as Inactive. However, the Exacta name also brings up an active firm Residential Survey Company, LLC an internet search provides contact information of:
Residential Survey CO LLC
20975 Claythorne Rd
Shaker Heights, OH 44122-1965
(216) 321-0855
The Exact listing in http://www.superpages.com/ is:
2132 E 9th St, Ste 203
Cleveland, OH 44115
216-751-9000
Compare this with Trueline Technologies, LLC.
2132 East Ninth Street, Ste. 210
Cleveland, Ohio 44115
Phone: 1-866-772-8813
Fax: 1-215-359-1733
I think that if a new subsidiary company is formed or an older firm is merged/acquired it does not show in the online listing of the currently licensed company.

You may be right about the surveying, but the damn Yugo was and is a nearly bulletproof car. About 25 years ago, in high school, several "real rednecks" were tearing up daddy's money by sticking their jacked up Z71 pick-ups in the local mud pit where we all congregated on Friday evening. Then, a guy in my grade, took his two wheel, front wheel drive Yugo, and drove into the mud pit, back out, back in, and then did circles around about 5 trucks that were stuck. One of the funniest Friday evening events in high school. Much better than one about three weeks later where a guy pulled a shotgun on about 4 of us while we were sitting on the square.
I remember wanting a Subaru Justy, but I figured I wouldn't fit in it.
