Hello,
?ÿ
I wanted to ask for help from the group in determining the latitude and longitude coordinates from the snapshot.?ÿ We're particularly trying to figure out the corner by the red arrow.?ÿ Thanks in advance!
These are not lat long. These are direction and distance.
You probably should hire a surveyor.
We might be able to get close.?ÿ Is this Klemont Avenue in Pittsburgh, PA??ÿ What is the address of the house?
Ross Township. 40-30-27N, 80-03-09W.

What nobody has said yet is that
a) you are undoubtedly looking for a corner monument,
b) the latitude and longitude can't be determined to an accuracy of inches by any means other than first finding that monument or related monuments and then measuring with professional grade GPS (or GNSS).
c) if you had that precise and accurate set of coordinates, you couldn't re-locate the point accurately without the professional equipment.
d) if the monument is an iron rod as is often the case, a surveyor would use a magnetic locator to find it. A treasure hunter metal detector might or might not work. Digging several inches is often required.
e) if you can find monuments at the corners northeast and northwestwest, your best hope would be to tape the distances to the one you are looking for.?ÿ
