Arkansas has plenty of re-surveys by the GLO before and after the date of this plat.  Fraud was rampant here in the early GLO contracts...but yes...

Yes, you are correct.  The plat was just re-drafted. I just found it interesting the way it was subdivided, as I have never seen it done this way...
