"Hi, I buy and sell houses and have for the last 5 years.
I'm closing a small residential property Friday.
I need a mortgage survey by Thursday.
If you help me, I'll give you all my work."
To myself I said-
"I've heard this song before"
"never works out, let the fish go"
To him I said-
"sure, what's the address"?
"I'll be out there tomorrow"

Didn't he qualify it by adding "I'll give you all my work, as long as you're dirt cheap"
