Party Chief / Instrument Man *Pipeline*
We are currently looking to hire approximately 20 (2) person field crews to work in Oklahoma and South Texas
This project is expected to last 1.5 to 2 years
duties include
The Survey Party Chief controls and directs the on-site survey work effort by operating within survey policies, guidelines and procedures. The Party Chief will ensure that all survey objectives are met on schedule and within budget. Duties include:
Responsible for the planning and performance of contracted survey activities required on a project
Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment for GPS and/or conventional survey projects
Implements project survey policies, guidelines and procedures
Orients assigned survey personnel on project requirements and assigns tasks to carry out the performance of survey activities.
Monitors survey personnel performance and documentation to ensure quality, consistency and the complience to project requirements.
Guides, coaches, motivates personnel as necessary to meet project schedules, budgets and objectives.
Resolves issues between interested parties.
Maintains and promotes safety awareness, quality assurance and the effectiveness of personnel assigned to the project.
