Interesting Carlson Survey "bug"
Quote from foggyidea on July 16, 2010, 2:17 pmThis is new to me, and only in two drawings (one is a clone of the other)
When I use the quick layer menu the pointer stays as an hourglass but still permits picking of the items, on, off, freeze, etc....
It does not do that in the regular layer pull down menu, just the quickie one... I have Carlson survey stand alone, 2008

Quote from Kris Morgan on July 16, 2010, 2:20 pmThat happens to me every time I "bhatch" anything. Once I close the PROGRAM, it quits doing it. It's been a bug from bhatch ever since 2004. It doesn't affect anything, just irritates me a little bit.
Hope it helps,

I recall seeing once before but not often enough to make an impression... yesterday it kind of "got me" waiting for a minute before I tried to click again...
It's the bhatch huh?
Thanks Chris

I don't remember ever having that problem with 2008. I am presently using 2009 with Embedded Acad. Once in a while things will go funky and I usually just reboot the computer. Seems to solve most problems.
Thanks Chris

Completely off topic, had that cartoon you are using for your avatar hanging on the wall in at least three offices over the years.
It took me a while to realize just how true it was.
