Forum Updates: 2019-03-10

This is a bugfix update for the previous (big) release that introduced threaded forums. Here's what's been updated:

The ordering of subforums under categories using threaded layout has been corrected.
Reply button in threaded forums has been removed from the original post (because it really doesn't make sense).
List of users that like posts have been added to the bottom of each post in threaded layouts.
Unread post titles in threaded forums are now shown in bold text.
Miscellaneous text editor fixes.
And some other minor styling bugs.

Let's hope not! I did also turn off the cache buster. There's some other speed tweaks (sounds illegal) I want to make as well, not exactly sure when that will happen though.
