Imaging - All you have to do is click a button to activate the autofocus feature. No more manual tuning to focus on an object. From one of the two built-in displays, or, when remotely controlled by a Leica CS30 Data Collector, you see on the display what the Overview camera sees. If standing at the Instrument there is no need to look through the Telescope. If standing down-range, you can see an image of what the TS60 sees and reposition your prism to avoid blind spots. Then, with the Telescope camera, you can zoom in and click-to-aim on the screen to direct the TS60 to a precise location before capturing a measurement. Of course you can capture and store a normal or panoramic picture anytime. With Leica Infinity software, you can measure from the images the TS60 captures to help avoid returns to the site for missed measurements.
Piezo Drives - As an upgrade from the DC drives on many other instruments, you get quiet, fast, accurate, precision movements.
Other features like - Automatic Target Recognition Plus, Power Search, and Prism Lock make getting and keeping lock on the prism less frustrating.
