Florida Surveyors, is this legal?
Quote from GEORGIASURVEYOR on July 16, 2010, 2:46 amI know this is an engineer, not a surveyor doing it, but isn't this an ethics violation in FL?
What do you think, This guy is from Green Cove, maybe some of you that way may know him. I especially like this part: "Also, we have phenomenal working relationships with our Architectural, Geo-technical, Surveyor, General Contractor, and any other required services for your project. These services can often be discounted or financed thru our management of the project or directly with affiliation, whichever you prefer." So not only is he lowballing his service, but yours as well.

Quote from GEORGIASURVEYOR on July 16, 2010, 2:59 amApparently it is NOT illegal in FL. Surveyors cannot offer to beat any other offer for services ethically, but engineers can. WOW!!! :-O I guess between them and lawyers, the goal is to give Professionals the sleazy look.
