Combined scale factor question

I know a lot of you deal with this quite often for various reasons, but I have a question about my local state projection. Massachusetts uses a Lambert conical projection for obvious reasons. The lower parallel is located near the southern end of the state, and the northern one is within a mile or so of the MA/NH border, which just happens to be where 99% of my work is located. We're also between 50 and 250' above sea level for almost all jobs. Being next to the northern parallel, and close to sea level, would you expect my scale factor to be very small, relatively speaking?

Thanks in advance.

Yes

Thank you John. That's what I thought but wasn't 100%
