We are a Northern Olympic Penninsula firm seeking a qualified PLS to run our Survey Department. We are an established Survey/ Engineering/ Material Testing firm with our leadership in the Survey Dept quickly approaching retirement. We are located in Port Angeles WA and have a wonderful location a short distance from the big city, but far enough away to see herds of Elk and flocks of Bald Eagles as common place. We are an excellent company for someone looking to relocate their family away from the city life and into our small community.

I wasn't aware that eagles flocked, too much pecking order establishment equipment kind of thing. Good luck with your search as it is a very nice area

well technically- back in the day... early '80s, we'd see the eagle around here come to eat on spawning salmon at Apgar in GNP.. not unusual to have counts in the 400 range at the height of the spawn.... SWMBO has really nice pics of some of the snags full of eagles....

Meanwhile, just 90 miles to the west, Forks receives over 120 inches of rain a year.

Yes, they're not really people, so they count them separately.

Are you kidding? Don't tell anyone, but there is some of the best duck hunting on the planet.

Pacific Flyway, liberal limits, longer season......I'm going to need a mifi, I like to be out in field even if I'm doing office work. One bonus to that is; if I see any elk I'll tell you where they are and where they're heading.

P.S. I'm going to be needing you to accommodate my Emotional Needs Companion, "Bubba", as well. Thanks in advance as I'm certain this will not be an issue for a man of your character.....

WGD, daily limit here is 2 redheads, 5 will put in jail overnight and a $1,500 fine per extra and they may confiscate all your truck, boat and hunting goods in your possession and take your game. More if you don't have all your local and federal tags and permits. Enough bad news to ruin a hunting season.

In 1983 started on a 2,000+ lake subdivision with 250+ acre lake full of florida bass, crapie, goggle eye, brim, perch, gar and catfish. There were several eagle nests around the lake and dozens upon dozens of Bald Eagle would return each year. The place was under no hunting since around 1930 and the deer were and still are plentiful. The place is called Eagle Landing and is a few miles west of Avinger, Texas. I had an office onsite for 2 1/2 years and my 18ft lake canoe was in the water several days every week after work in the evenings. Go back for repeat projects several times a year.

This was my job site, yesterday

The office location for the company referenced in the beginning of this post is off in the distance, to the left.
