HELP! Need NC Surveyor Mapping & Signature

If someone were to come to me with such a request, for a job they did on the property across the road from my house, they would first learn that there is NWIH I am going to sign off on their work that I did not supervise and then, secondly, learn that I am the owner of that land and did not request them to do anything,?ÿ NO WAY?ÿ NO HOW.?ÿ NO TIME.?ÿ NO WHERE.
