Minimum fee is 100.00 each.
Just depends on how hard to get, and how much explaining was needed to get it
If you are going to take on a task like this the fee is $200/hr. You cannot commit to a fixed fee since you have no control over how much time it will take. Get a $2000 retainer before beginning.
Usually, this would fall to the developer or property owner. Although I have done the additional leg work for a fee on occasion.
Going and getting signatures can be done by anyone who knows where those offices are. The client can do it or you can do it if your client wants to pay the hourly rate for a PLS to do gopher work.
In Hardin, Hart, Larue, Henry, Spencer and Warren, Edmonson Counties in Ky do. I am not sure which other counties require it.
