Don't you think taking twice as much shots is saving time? specially when you need to wait for the rodman to move to the next point. I have a project with 45 degree slope and some ret. walls, the second rodman will be a big help.

I see & thanks for clarifying (always interesting to hear how other organise the jobs)

Over here 99% of the fieldwork is done solo (S6+R6 with VRS RTK), no need for 2- or 3 man crews, besides dipping manholes.

Will be tough for the I-man, or is there not so much to code in the field.

Yes, you can hear the buzzing sound once the S7 gun is locked and starts measuring.
