Hi everyone,

Will need help of more wise and knowledgeable forum members 🙂

I have Topcon GPT-9003A total station and Getac PS336 controller with Magnet Field 3.2.1.

At the moment those two are connected via cable and working good but my idea is to replace the cable with 2 x sena parani SD1000 and use the robotic capabilities of the total station.

I have seen videos on youtube and topics in the forum of members succeeded in this endeavour.

I am aware that the total station have to be on cable mode not on robotic as the two parani's are not making it work Bluetooth but rather making virtual cable long up to 1000feet/300m.

Total station is working on Default Com Parameters: 9600,8,None,1 and the controller is doing the same.

Watched videos and successfully connected both Parani's to each other but when separate the total station and the controller and put the Parani's on both ends I don't acquire connection.

Tried switching the switches all three on right direction(ON) for 9600 but it does not exchanging data.

Tried installing ParaniWin to configure them via PC but it does not recognise the parani.

Tried contacting support but no results. It seems they dropped the support on the SD1000 and only covering Bluetooth headsets for motorcyclists at the moment.

Attaching some photos of the setup.

Can you please advice what should i try, anything really 🙂

Kind regards,

Dil
