Hi!
I salvage a broken theodolite: it could not start at all. After a couple hours of wondering, I found a problem in the I/O button. I/O button has a grinded display/keyboard pcb copper stripe away.?ÿ Only problem in fixing it was to have little enough lead into the pcb.
When testing DT-30 it seems that machines do not like II-position measurements: vertical readings are hard to get over 100 G and impossible over 170G (error E03: internal angle measurements problem). DT-30 seems to have no absolute measurements: all measurements are initialized into 0 HZ and 100 V.
In the manual is 200 G vertical turn, when checking horizontal collimation error, but vertical collimation is instructed to check by level type telescope bubble (there are 3 bubbles total).
?ÿ
DT-30 is transit theodolite, but it has only one display. Is it meant to measure only in the I position or do I have an internal angle measurement problem?
